As was mentioned a few days ago the Sodor appreciation society has some big news to reveal!
After careful negotiation, we can reveal that we have agreed to purchase the layout built by The Jordan Reid Trust over the last few years. The layout will be getting a refresh as remodelling takes place over the next 18 months ready to hit the exhibition circuit in 2022.
Below are two images of the Jordan Reid layout, One at Warley 2018 and the other in its build stage.
The picture at Warley is exactly why we are doing this as a group, to get children and adults engaged in the hobby.
We thank the Jordan Reid Trust for their help with this project and will be supporting them with their cause going forward.
